In the absence of the advance payment within 3 days from the day of reservation, it is cancelled.
We issue simplified bills and proofs of payment upon request (information and data available when making reservation). Remaining charge per stay is payable 2 weeks prior to arrival or at the latest on the day of arrival, prior to check-in - cash payment. Initial reservation confirmation shall be made via e-mail or telephone. Final reservation is confirmed ONLY upon receipt of the advance payment for renting a holidays apartment. In the absence of the advance payment, the reservation is cancelled after 3 days of receipt.
Note: In case of cancellation within the period less than 60 days before the date of planned arrival, the advance payment is NOT REFUNDABLE !
